The Ultimate Mac ‘n’ Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:
For the meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ cup BBQ sauce
